A man named Stuart Lynn Dunn was charged with stalking Mila Kunis, after being arrested outside of the actress' Los Angeles gym, more than three months after he was arrested for allegedly breaking into her home.

The 27-year-old man was charged on May 16 with one count each of stalking and stalking in violation of a restraining order, according to an felony complaint for arrest warrant obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com. He is scheduled for arraignment on May 18. Dunn's recommended bail is $150,000 and if convicted as charged, he faces a maximum prison term of four years.

Dunn was detained by police on May 4, after it was found that he had visited Kunis' gym three days in a row to try and make contact with her, according to a police statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com, which cites her real first name - Milena.

Dunn has not commented. In January 2012, he was arrested and charged with trespassing after allegedly breaking into Kunis' home in West Hollywood to try and meet her. She was not home at the time.

Dunn pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling and was ordered to stay away from Kunis for three years and put on probation. He was also detained and hospitalized for evaluation.

The man was ordered to attend a hearing a day after he was arrested at the gym, but was absent. His probation was revoked and a bench warrant was issued, with bail set at $40,000.

Kunis, the 28-year-old star of films such as "Black Swan" and "Friends With Benefits ," had no immediate comment about the recent incident or about a report by The Daily Fill. One of its writers said they witnessed the incident. According to the report, Kunis was "accosted" by a "suspicious looking individual, possibly a local homeless man, while at her Beverly Hills gym."

"Within minutes, her security team and about six Los Angeles Police squad cars swarmed at the location," it said. "When police located the suspect, they brought him to a parking lot across the street. Mila emerged from her Range Rover and identified the man. The police then put the individual in the back of a squad car and took statements from several members of Kunis' entourage."

Kunis was one of several female celebrities targeted in a nude photo scandal last year. The man suspected of hacking her and other stars' emails pleaded guilty to nine felony counts and faces a maximum punishment of 60 years in federal prison. He is set to be sentenced on July 23.

The trio will hand out accolades at the ceremony on June 3 at Los Angeles' Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City along with 'The Amazing Spider-Man' co-stars Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, as well as Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender and Mark Wahlberg.

'The Hunger Games' and 'Bridesmaids' lead the nominations at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards with eight nods apiece, and they will go up against each other for Movie of the Year, Best Cast and Best Female Performance for Jennifer Lawrence and Kristin Wiig.

The acting pair, along with Melissa McCarthy, all received four nominations, while their nearest rivals are Emma Stone, Emma Watson and Rooney Mara with three nods apiece. Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill and Josh Hutcherson are also up for three prizes each, with Channing and Josh set to face-off for the Best Male Performance gong along with Daniel Radcliffe, Ryan Gosling and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

A number of new categories will feature at this year's event including Best On-Screen Dirtbag, which sees Bryce Dallas Howard, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Oliver Cooper and Jon Hamm all nominated. British TV host and fashion expert Louise Roe will return as MTV's international guest correspondent for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, which will be screened on Monday June 4 on MTV at 9pm. Voting for the accolades takes place at MovieAwards.MTV.com until June 2.

Don't get too excited - Mila Kunis and Clive Owen aren't really hooking up. They're making a film together. We spotted them locking lips on the set of "Blood Ties" on location in New York City yesterday. In the film, two brothers, on either side of the law, face off over organized crime in Brooklyn during the 1970s. Zoe Saldana, James Caan and Billy Crudup also star.

Mila has reportedly been hooking up with her former "That 70s Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher, though she has insisted the two of them are just friends. Clive Owen has been married since 1995 and has two daughters.

Black Swan and That 70s Show actress Mila Kunis found herself face-to-face with her stalker at a West Hollywood gym on Friday. Stuart Dunn, 27, who had already been sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years probation in February for breaking in to the star’s home, tracked the actress to her gym for three consecutive days, Los Angeles police officer Rosario Herrera told the New York Daily News.

Once the stalker was spotted, the actress' security alerted police who arrived on the scene in minutes and arrested Dunn. Kunis, 28, hid in her Range Rover, leaving it to quickly identify Dunn for police. “He was detained and hospitalized for evaluation,” Herrera said. Dunn had pleaded no contest in February to unauthorized entry of Kunis’ private dwelling. He could face jail time for this occurrence if he’s found to be in violation of his three-year probation.

Mila Kunis was victim of crazed stalker who went to the length of breaking into her house back in January. Stuart Dunn violated the court order to stay away from the actress for three years when he was caught in front of her gym on Friday, May 4.

Dunn actually had been looking for the 28-year-old actress at the facility for three days in a row, TMZ reported. Kunis, who was "freaked out" by his presence, told her assistant to report to the police on Thursday night. The next day, Kunis allegedly hid inside her car before the police arrived to detain the man.

Authorities said that there was not enough evidence to arrest Dunn following Friday's incident. The homeless man was sent to a mental facility for evaluation. Although free, he could be arrested when the investigation is completed. Dunn broke into Kunis' house back in January and pled no contest to unauthorized entry into a home. He was given 36 months probation and ordered to stay away from the actress.

She's one of the world's most talked about actresses at the minute, with a number of high profile movies under her belt. But life wasn't always as rosy for Mila Kunis, who has now revealed all about her tough childhood. When she first moved to the US with her parents from her native Ukraine to escape the trauma they'd experienced there, Mila couldn't speak a word of English. And she hated the US so much when she first relocated that she'd cry 'every day'.

The Black Swan star's family fled from the Ukraine when she was a youngster to escape the hatred that was engulfing the country. The Jewish actress had to hide her religion as a result of the prejudice stemming from the Holocaust, and although her grandparents managed to survive the Second World War, up to 900,000 other Jews had been murdered.

Her mum, Elvira, and father, Mark, decided to take Mila and her brother Michael over to the States to build a new life away from the hatred. But Mila has revealed she found it difficult being a foreign child in the English-speaking nation.

She told The Sun: 'I cried every day. I didn’t understand the culture. I didn’t understand the people.'Mila added: 'After the Holocaust, in Russia you were not allowed to be religious. So my parents raised me to know I was Jewish.'

But she soon found a way of overcoming the language barrier - she was enrolled in acting classes to help improve her English. And it proved to be a good move for the star as that led to getting herself a manager and landing her first acting job on screen on US TV show Days Of Our Lives.  She has since gone on to star in films including Black Swan, Friends With Benefits and Date Night.
