Natalie Portman once famously spoofed her good-girl reputation with an R-rated gangsta rap on SNL. But with her racy new movie, she may be turning her image around for real. Portman is starting to dish about her sex scene with co-star Mila Kunis (from That '70s Show and Forgetting Sarah Marshall) in the upcoming thriller Black Swan. The two ladies play rival ballet dancers in a deadly competition who somehow find themselves in a lover's tryst. "It's not raunchy, it's extreme," Portman told vmagazine of the love scene. "Extreme" could mean a lot of things, but it sounds like a new direction for Portman. The 28-year-old actress is known for taking provocative roles, while being shy about sex scenes. While shooting the 2004 film Closer, Portman filmed a full-on striptease for a scene with Clive Owen then regretted it, and convinced director Mike Nichols to cut the nudity from the scene (It's still pretty racy, to be fair).
As expected, Darren Aronofsky’s upcoming ballet thriller, Black Swan, has been picked up for distribution. Fox Searchlight, which also handled Aronofsky’s last project, The Wrestler, will co-finance the movie.
