Yes, Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis will star in the thriller Black Swan, which USA Today reports, is full of “psychological twists,” and is similar in theme to its critically acclaimed predecessor The Wrestler. Telling the story of Nina (Portman), Black Swan follows a young ballerina, who struggles to hold on to her sanity while being granted the chance of a lifetime.

Lily (Kunis) is a sultry dancer, who exhibits all the sex appeal that Nina’s dance master (Vincent Cassel) feels she is lacking. Wrestling with the pressures of a starring role in a New York City production of Swan Lake and her overbearing mother (Barbara Hershey), Nina becomes engaged in a bizarre relationship with Lily. But is there something more than meets the eye to their bond? The thriller debuts on September 1 at the Venice International Film Festival. No word yet on a theatrical release here in the states, but the safe bet says that it’s coming, given the success of Aronofsky’s last effort.
