Mila Kunis is picture perfect in a one-shoulder gown by Vera Wang and Casadei black suede platforms at the premiere of her film, The Book of Eli, on Monday (January 11) in Hollywood. The 26-year-old beauty posed for pictures with co-stars Gary Oldman, Denzel Washington and Jennifer Beals.

Mila recently told Parade she’s not sure she could survive a post-apocalyptic world like the one in Eli: “I would fail. I would fail miserably,” she said. “I would need what’s his name, Bear Grylls, who does that survival show Man vs. Wild. I would need him with me because I wouldn’t know what to eat.”
